Beginning Wednesday August 14th at 10am, restrictions on CU web login activity will be in place for Columbia employees who have passed their due date for completion of the New York Anti-Sexual Harassment Training.  This training is required for all CU employees by NY State and City law.

Employees who have not completed the training by their due date will initially be presented with a reminder during all CU logins, with an opportunity to either visit the CU Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action (EOAA) site or proceed to their intended login destination.  The EOAA site has information on the training and a button which links users to the training site.

If an employee has still not completed the training by thirty days after their assigned due date, they will experience restricted access to CU web logins until they complete the training.  Only employee self-service (related to paycheck, benefits, absence requests, etc.), CUIT UNI management services, and online training systems will be accessible.  Once the employee completes the NYASH training materials, they will need to wait no more than 60 minutes for full access to be restored.

Completing the NYASH training course requires approximately 45-60 minutes.
