CUIT HELPDESK SERVICE HOURS CHANGE

Starting Wednesday 3/11/2009, the CUIT Helpdesk phone support temporarily changed their hours of service.

UPDATE: Starting 5/4/2009, CUIT Helpdesk phone support hours have largely returned to normal service hours, with the exception of Monday evenings.  Our ongoing hours of service are:

Monday: 8am-8pm

Tuesday-Thursday: 8am-11pm

Friday:  8am-7pm

Saturday:  10am-6pm

Sunday:  3pm-11pm 

We apologize for this inconvenience but temporary staffing gaps, while fading, continue to require us to make this necessary diversion from normal service hours.   After-hours service requests will be responded to as quickly as possible during the next business day.
