    To all FFE users,

    To accommodate system maintenance, all FFE modules (Time Entry, Cash, Security and the Budget Tool) will be unavailable from 7:00 pm, Friday, August 23rd until 7:30 am, Saturday, August 24th. You can also view updates to ARC, FDS and FinSys/FFE availability by viewing the ARC Portal at https://my.columbia.edu/content/finance-erp. If you have questions, please contact the Finance Service Center, http://finance.columbia.edu/content/finance-service-center.   • CMS: Courseworks

    CUIT will be performing maintenance on CourseWorks tomorrow August 23rd from 8:30am to 9:30am.  The CourseWorks landing page courseworks.columbia.edu may be unavailable for a few minutes starting at 8:30am.  If you are logged into Old CourseWorks (Sakai) you may need to log out and log back in.  We regret the inconvenience this may cause.

    Beginning at 8pm on Thursday, August 22, 2019, CUIT will perform scheduled maintenance on the ADCU Exchange email servers.  This scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed by 11pm.  Please note that this will not affect customers that have not migrated to ADCU.

    During the scheduled time of this Service Alert customers may experience brief disconnects while using Outlook.  If Outlook prompts for a password or does not show new messages after the work is complete, please restart Outlook.

  • Network - Wireless

    UPDATE: This maintenance was completed successfully.

     

    On Thursday August 22nd, between the hours of 5:00AM and 8:00AM, CUIT will be performing necessary maintenance on the Wireless Network. This scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed on-time. 

    During the maintenance window, there will be brief intermittent wireless connectivity outages campus-wide for AOS code upgrades.  Wireless users will be affected on Morningside Campus & surrounding areas, Manhattanville, Baker Field, 729 7th Ave, and 33 W 60th.
