    CUIT is performing routine maintenance on Main Campus Rolm Telephony system.This scheduled update is expected to be completed on time. No service interruption is anticipated.

  • CBS Student Printing System

    Services have been restored.

    Beginning around 9:00am, the CBS Student Printing System became unavailable due to connectivity issues with the database. CUIT administrators have been notified and are currently working to resolve the issue.

    CUIT expects to have a resolution or an update by 11:00am.  We apologize for this service interruption.

  • FDS (Financial Data Store) Maintenance

    FDS will not be available during the mainteance time window.
  • ServiceNow
    10/18/2019 - 11:00pm to 10/19/2019 - 08:00am

    This weekend we will be upgrading ServiceNow to the latest release effective October 18th @ 11:00pm.  During the upgrade, ServiceNow will not be accessible beginning October 18th at 11:00 p.m. to October 19th at 8:00 a.m


    Users who need assistance during this time will still be able to open incidents via the CUIT Service Desk by sending an email to askcuit@columbia.edu.
