    CUIT is performing necessary hardware maintenance on this service from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.   This scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed on-time.

    During the scheduled time of this Service Alert, clients will not be able to access their Phonemail accounts.

    Technicians visited the site and Phonemail service was restored at 9:30AM.

    We have a scheduled maintenance window for tonight between 7PM and 9PM to investigate further.

     

    Begining 8:03AM this morning, Parker Plaza's phonemail service became unavailable. Approximately 160 users are affected by this outage. CUIT administrators have been notified and are currently working to resolve the issue.

    We apologize for this service interruption.
