    To apply the latest vendor provided security and bug fixes, NetPhone servers will be rebooted Thursday, April 30th 2009, from 8:00 PM until 9:00PM.  Each host will take approximately 15 minutes to update and reboot.  During this maintenance window, NetPhone voicemail system will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes.  Users will be able to make and receive calls during this time.

    Cogent is performing necessary maintenance on their equipment. This scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed on Thursday, April 30 between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM. 

    During the scheduled time of this Service Alert, clients in the Office of Investments at Chrysler Building may experience:

    Momentary loss of network connectivity as traffic switches to a redundant link

    Temporary downgrade of network quality

    A reboot of the server has cleared the error and users running the Hipath Manager software are now able to connect to the Agile server and view reports.

     

     

    Work will be conducted tomorrow, 4/28/09, between 7:00 am and 7:30am to resolve this issue.

     

     

    Currently users running the Hipath Manager ACD software are able to logon but are not able to see ACD reports. Technicians are investigating.

    Maintenance will be conducted on the campus wireless network on Saturday April 25, 2009 between 8:00am and 11:00am. Users should experience an outage lasting less than 20 minutes.
