    NYSERNet, our primary network provider to Syracuse, is performing maintenace of their equipment on Tuesday May 27th, from 12:00am (midnight) until 1:00am.  During this time, traffic will automatically be routed over our redundant connection, so no loss of network connectivity is anticipated.

    UPDATE: This maintenance has been completed successfully.

     

    On Saturday, May 25th between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM CUIT will be performing necessary maintenance on one of the links between two of our data center switches. This scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed on-time.

    During the scheduled time of this Service Alert, only client traffic on this link at the time this link is brought down will be affected. All subsequent traffics will flow through the other active link during the maintenace.

    CUIT apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause, but this action is necessary to ensure a more reliable service.  If clients continue to experience issues after the service-interruption hours, please contact the CUIT Helpdesk at:
