    This issue has been resolved.

     

     

    Beginning at 12:05 wired, wireless and netphone service became unavailable on floors 4-6 of Dodge Hall due to a suspected network loop.   CUIT administrators have been notified and are currently working to resolve the issue.

    We apologize for this service interruption.

    UPDATE: This maintenance has been completed successfully.

     

    On Friday August 16th starting at 10:30am, CUIT will be performing routine maintenance on the Network Switches serving Dodge Hall. This maintenance will be to enable new security features that require all connected hosts to use DHCP for assignment of IP addresses.  This scheduled update is expected to be completed on time.  No overall service interruption is anticipated, but clients that lose network connectivity should check the network settings of their device and confirm it is set to DHCP.
