    08/31/2018 - 9:00AM Update - All Microsoft VLSC download services have been restored. Thank you for your patience during this service degradation.

    Due to an error with the Microsoft Volume License Service Center on Thursday, August 30th at approximately 12:00PM, CUIT Adminstrators discovered issues with the downloads page and have notified the vendor.

    System administrators will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed. We appologize for any inconvenience.

    CUIT is performing routine maintenance on the Wireless Service in Uris Library from 08/31/2018 - 06:00 to 08/31/2018 - 09:00, During this time wireless coverage will be degraded. This scheduled update is expected to be completed on time. No service interruption is anticipated.

  • Network - Wireless

    Beginning at ~2:00 PM on Tuesday, August 28 the wireless network was unavailable to some users. The issue was resolved by ~2:10 PM.

    Engineers are investigating the root cause of the interruption.

  • Authentication Issues

    THIS ISSUE WAS RESOLVED BY DUO AT 11:30AM THIS MORNING. 
    Some Duo MFA logins are timing out because of slow response from the Duo servers. At present this is not affecting CAS logins, but is affecting some Windows RDP and Linux authentications.
