    UPDATE: This maintenance has been completed successfully.

     

    On Sunday July 14th, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM CUIT will be resetting one of the line cards on our secondary core router. This scheduled update is expected to be completed on time. No service interruption is anticipated.

    UPDATE: Power has been restored.

     

    Beginning at approximately 8:29 PM , wired, wireless and NetPhone network services became unavailable at 33 west 60th street due to a major emergency power outage in NYC mid-town area. No User's are currently affected by this, since it's a weekend.

    CUIT administrators will continue to monitor this power outage and will provide update once they became available. We apologize for this service interruption.

  • Telephony - Rolm Phonemail Support

    CUIT is performing maintenance on the Rolm PhoneMail system, which will affect the C.U. Main Campus and Audobon, tonight July 10th starting at 8pm until Midnight.   During this time, customers may experience intermittent loss of connectivity to the Rolm PhoneMail system.
