From 10/30 2pm to 11/4 3pm, some staff/faculty customers may have experienced a problem accessing and printing their W-2 statements through the MyColumbia Portal Self-Service page. The problem may have a relation to a recent patch update. A temporary solution has been implemented while a permanent solution is investigated. If you have had a problem printing out your W-2s, please try to do so again. If you continue to have a problem, please contact the CUIT Helpdesk at 212-854-1919 to report the issue.
