Update: due to an issue during the upgrade, the upgrade was not able to be completed. An additional maintenenace window will need to be scheduled. All work occurred within the scheduled window and all services are now available.
The IDM database will be be unavailable from 8:30AM to 11:30AM Sunday, January 8, 2017 so that an upgrade can occur. The following services will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
