UPDATE: At 5:37pm, our production NetPhone presence server experienced a brief power outage due to a faulty power supply.
Power was restored to the host at 5:39pm. Corrective Action was taken by replacing the faulty power supply.
NetPhone users that are configured for bridged-line appearance (BLA) might have noticed that their indicator light did not appear. However,the indicator light should re-appear within an hour of the power restoration.
CUIT is performing routine maintenance on the NetPhone Presence server on Wednesday October 30th, 2013 from 5:30pm to 6:00pm. This maintenance is expected to be completed on time. No NetPhone service interruption is anticipated.
