    This work was completed successfully without incident.

     

     

    We will be applying software patches to the HiPath 4000 PBX and Agile ACD server in order to bring them to the latest supported maintenance release. During this time calls to the Facilities Service Center will be routed to Public Safety.

    UPDATE 2: This issue was completely resolved by 10:30am.  Calls to the Helpdesk and Student Services are being handled normally.

     

    UPDATE 1:  A limited ability to receive calls has been restored.  We ask that all non-emergency issues be called in after the issue is resolved, or (for Helpdesk) emailed to askcuit@columbia.edu or (for Student Services) to infoline@columbia.edu 

    Begining around 8:15am, the ACD system used to process calls for the CUIT Helpdesk and Student Services became unavailable due to server issues with allowing users to log in. CUIT administrators have been notified and are currently working to resolve the issue.

    Update: This maintenance was completed successfully.

    CUIT is performing Emergency maintenance on the Agile ACD server in an attempt to resolve an issue related to clients receiving reports. This work will require a restart of the server and supporting equipment. During this time Agile ACD calls will be routed over backup PBX connections. This scheduled update is expected to be completed on time. No service interruption is anticipated.

    Begining today at 10:45am, the Interactive Intelligence ACD system became unavailable for five minutes. CUIT technicians  are currently working to  indentify the cause. CUIT heldesk, Registration and Financial Services were affected.
