UPDATE: This was resolved 4/5 through the deletion of a backlog of notification events, and the filtering out of events that could not be delivered due to a lack of email address in the recipient's profile.
Intermittent delays associated with the recipt of some email notifications from Service Now have been reported, appearing to have started around 2pm. The cause has been determined to be related to a backlog of stalled notifications for recipients without a valid email address associated with their UNI. We are working to clear out the stalled notifications and restore timely delivery of email notifications. We apologize for any inconvenience. Preventative steps are underway to avoid this issue from happening again.
