This work was successfully completed. 

On 2/18, 2/19, 2/20 & 2/21, CUIT will be upgrading the software on the Interactive Intelligence servers.  The upgrades will be perfomed between the hours af 12 a.m. and 7 a.m.  The Interactive Intelligence ACD system will continue to be available during the hours of 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Please note that during this time frame a change freeze will be in effect.  Requests to add/remove users, modify call menus and add features will be delayed until all software upgrades have been completed.
