Update: The update was successful, and completed by 12:30am. Service was restored then. Testing continues, but no issues have been discovered.
Necessary maintenance on ServiceNow (columbia.service-now.com) is being performed by the vendor on Tuesday, December 13th, between 11pm and 1am EST.
During the scheduled time of this Service Alert, clients may experience an inability to login to columbia.service-now.com. Any emails sent to askcuit during this maintenance will be queued, and processed as soon as service returns, in the order in which they were received.
