Update: This issue has been resolved and there was no service impact.

Starting this morning, network engineers detected errors reporting possible performance problems with the systems providing NetPhone voice service. Engineers are currently investigating the root cause.

At this time, no service impact has been detected. Users are encouraged to report any issues to the CUIT Helpdesk by calling 212-854-1919, or by emailing askcuit@columbia.edu
