WHAT maintenance action will be performed: A minor modification to the Incident search page will ensure that when you change the type of incident (CUIT, Finance, HR) you wish to search for, all searchable fields specific to that incident type will dynamically be made visible. This will resolve occasional reports of inconsistent search results or search options by some Service Desk staff.
WHO is affected: None are directly affected, as no service disruption is anticipated. This configuration change will be primarily visible to service desk staff.

WHY was this necessary: This configuration change was part of an earlier planned maintenance that was rolled back.
