Update: Voice Tie Line service has been restored. Outage was due to a defective card in the White Plains Central Office.

Voice Tie Line Service between Lamont Doherty and Columbia University is currently down.We are temporarily routing these tie line calls to the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network).

Technicians are investigating.
