CUIT is performing maintenance on the VoIP/NetPhone voice, voicemail, and conferencing servers on Thursday, November 15th, 2012 between 8:00 PM and 9:30PM. 

During this maintenance window, there may be a NetPhone voicemail and conferencing system outage lasting approximately up to 15 minutes.

However, this work should not impact the ability to make and receive phone calls, but forwarding of calls may be disrupted during this time period.  

In addition, Netphone users that are configured for BLA might notice their indicator light not appear. However,the indicator light should re-appear within an hour of the change.

New Addendum: The myNetPhone application will also be made unavailable during this maintenance period. NetPhone users will be unable to change the settings of their extensions and unable to access call logs via the myNetPhone application.

CUIT apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause, but this action is necessary to ensure a more reliable service.
