    After a mandatory change to security configurations (CHG0048545), InfoEd servers required restart. Core users were notified in advance and little or no service interruption was experienced (no issues reported).

    At around 6:15PM, Business Objects became unavailable due to system database down. At this time, service has been restored.  We will continue to investigate cause of outage.

    1/25/2016 Update - As of Monday at approximately 9:30am, All classroom systems in Mudd Hall have been restored and are fully functional. 

    Beginning Friday, 1/22 at approximately 4pm, all Classroom Technology Systems became unavailable in Mudd Hall due to an undetermined cause. CUIT field operations technicians have been notified and are currently working to resolve the issue. Currently, 2 classroom systems remain down in Mudd 227 & 833 as of 1/24 at 5pm.

    CUIT expects to have a resolution or an update by Monday, 1/25 at time TBD. We apologize for this service interruption. An update to this service alert will be posted once these issues are resolved or a root cause can be determined.
