    Due to a configuration error in one of our voicegateways, some calls were not completing.  Users would hear a fast busywhen attempting a call.  This issue was resolved at approximately 10:50am.

    Electrical maintenance is scheduled for the McVickar building Saturday, February 21. As a result, the building will have no power during this time. We do not anticipate the work going past the specified timeframe.

    CUIT is performing necessary maintenance on this service.   This scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed on-time.

    During the scheduled time of this Service Alert, clients may not be able to access their PhoneMail accounts.

    From 9PM last night to 10 AM this morning NetPhone users who receive voicemail via their phone would receive notifications of new messages,  but did not receive voicemails via their Netphone during this period.  This was due to an unfortunate error which occurred during last night's maintenance.

    Voicemail received as email was unaffected.

    We are currently investigating how many users were affected.  We apologize sincerely for this error.

    CUIT NetPhone service will be updated tonight, Tuesday, February 17 2009, at 9:00PM.  The update will enable NetPhone voicemail service to utilize a new storage location.  During this maintenance window, the NetPhone voicemail system will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes. NetPhone users will be able to make and receive calls during this time.
