    We will be performing maintenance on the Carlton Arms PhoneMail to correct a software configuration error that is preventing the administration of user accounts. During this time users may not be able to access their PhoneMail accounts.

    On Saturday January 24th CUIT will be performing a version upgrade of the Lenel access system.  The system upgrade will commence at 8:30am and will be completed by 5:00pm.  Most services will still be available during this upgrade procedure, including automatic door entries and video recording.     Network service at 420 West 116th Street is unavailable since 10:09am today due to an electrical power issue. 
    Clients at that building are currently without network connectivity, and unable to access any dependent services.  Facilities is currently working on the electrical problem.  We apologize for this service interruption.

    UPDATE: This issue is now resolved, and service has been restored.

    Network equipment in Fayerweather and Saint Paul's Chapel has been losing power intermittently since 9:50am today. Facilities confirmed that there is power problem in those buildings, and they are investigating.  Users in those buildings will see intermittent loss of network connectivity until the power problem is fixed.

    We apologize for this service interruption.

    UPDATE: This was resolved later the same afternoon.
