  • Connected Backup

    ***UPDATE 10/1, 2:30PM***  The problem has been resolved and service has been restored. 

    The Connected Backup Server, Connected1, became unavailable at about 6:30 am on 10/1.  Users of this service will be unable to do backups or restores.  Engineers are working on the issue.

  • Network - Ethernet, Wireless and NetPhone
    (Approximate) 09/29/2017 - 10:34pm to 09/30/2017 - 01:00am

    Lightower, one of our ISPs is performing network maintenance on their equipment, which affects our primary connection to Syracuse.  This work will start at 10:30pm on Friday 9/29, and is expected to end by 1:00am on Saturday 9/30. 

    This connection is redundant, and connectivity will flow over the backup connection during this work, so no loss of connectivity is anticipated.

  • Telephony - Interactive Intelligence

    CUIT is performing routine maintenance on the Interactive Intelligence service. This scheduled update will take place on Friday, September 29th between 7pm and 8pm and is expected to be completed on time. No service interruption is anticipated.

  • Alpha Print Services

    There will be a brief outage of Alpha Print Services, (C-PRINT), this evening, September 27th, between 7:00 pm and 7:15 pm.  During this time you will be unable to print to an Alpha domain printer.  This outage is needed to apply a patch.  CUIT apologizes for this inconvenience.
