    Begining 9/26 4am AP/CAR and FFE will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.  Service is expected to be retored by 9am.

    Web forms that use email (most do) have had their output queued  while an email problem is being investigated.  No web form submissions that have been queued in this manner have been lost, and will be released for delivery as soon as the issue is resolved.  No other mail delivery is being affected.

    UPDATE:  The issue was resolved, and queued messages have been delivered.

    FinSys and WebSAF will be unavailable tonight 9/16 from 9:30pm to 10pm due to routine maintenance.

    CUIT will be performing necessary network maintenance in Schermerhorn this evening. This scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed on-time.

    During the scheduled time of this Service Alert, clients may experience:

    Intermittent loss of network connectivity.

    Begining at 4:15pm, network connectivity between Nevis Labatory and Morningside Campus became degraded due to power failures in Nevis Labatory that brought down the main connection to the main campus. If power is not restored soon, Nevis' connection to the Internet will also go down and Nevis will have no connection to the outside world. 

    Facilities expects power to be restored by 5:30pm. We apologize for this service degradation.
