  • Email - Exchange
    09/24/2008 - 09:30pm to 09/24/2008 - 10:30pm

    We will be performing emergency maintenance on one of the CUIT-Exchange2 databases tonight between 9:30PM and 10:00PM.  During this time,  approximately 150 CUIT-Exchange2 users will be unable to access email and will not receive any new email on Blackberry or Treo devices.  All mail will be queued and delivered after the maintenance period.  The 150 affected users will receive a separate email within the next few minutes alerting them to the outage.


    Update 9/24/2008 at 9:41pm:

    This maintenance was completed successfully and took less than five minutes.

    We are currently experiencing problems with connectivity to CUIT-Exchange2.  We are investigating this now.


    Update 9/23/2008 at 12:12pm:

    Service has been restored.  We are still troubleshooting.

    CUIT-Exchange3 will be down for maintenance tomorrow morning between 3:30 AM and 4:30 AM.  During this time, CUIT-Exchange3 users will be unable to access email and will not receive any new email on Blackberry or Treo devices. 
  • Telephony - NetPhone
    09/19/2008 - 08:00pm to 09/19/2008 - 09:00pm
    To apply the latest vendor provided security and bug fixes, NetPhone servers will be rebooted Tuesday, September 23rd 2008, from 8:00 PM until 9:00PM.  Each host will take approximately 15 minutes to update and reboot.  During this maintenance window, NetPhone voicemail system will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes.  Users will be able to make and receive calls during this time.
  • Electronic Document Management
    09/19/2008 - 05:00pm to 09/22/2008 - 08:00am

    CUIT is performing necessary maintenance on the Electronic Data Management system.  

    During the scheduled time of this Service Alert, clients may experience an inability to login or use EDM.  No other services or systems are expected to be affected.

    CUIT apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
