    On Thursday 3/25/2010 from 3AM to 4AM, CUIT will be performing necessary NetPhone software maintenance.  This scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed on-time.

    As a result, NetPhone users at the following locations may witness phones rebooting during the scheduled maintenance window.

    •        East Campus (B230 - Facilities)

    •        330 5th Avenue

    •        Butler Library

    •        CESPR (Shapiro)

    •        Earl Hall

    •        Engineering Terrace

    •        Hamilton Hall

    •        School of International Public Affairs

    •        Lerner Hall

    •        Lewisohn Hall

    •        Philosophy Hall

    Netphone service has been restored, calls are flowing normally. Engineers are investigating the root cause.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    NetPhone users are currently experiencing calling issues. CUIT administrators have been notified and are currently working to resolve the issue.
