    Network service at 420 West 116th Street is unavailable since 10:09am today due to an electrical power issue. 
    Clients at that building are currently without network connectivity, and unable to access any dependent services.  Facilities is currently working on the electrical problem.  We apologize for this service interruption.

    UPDATE: This issue is now resolved, and service has been restored.

    Network equipment in Fayerweather and Saint Paul's Chapel has been losing power intermittently since 9:50am today. Facilities confirmed that there is power problem in those buildings, and they are investigating.  Users in those buildings will see intermittent loss of network connectivity until the power problem is fixed.

    We apologize for this service interruption.

    UPDATE: This was resolved later the same afternoon.

    Due to increased network usage as a result of the inauguration, some users may experience network slowness.

    Carlton Arms voice service is currently down due to T1 outage. CUIT technicians have been notified and are currently working to resolve the issue.
