  • Cellular - Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES)

    UPDATE: This work was completed by 8:45pm on 8/23/10.  BlackBerry devices were functional at approximately 7:35 PM.  The remaining time was used for configuring administrative users and tools  and testing.

    We will be performing a scheduled upgade of our BlackBerry Enterprise Server on Monday, August 23 from 7-10 PM.  

     

    During this time e-mail and calendar updates to your BlackBerry will be queued for delivery after the maintenance is complete.  Phone and SMS services will remain available throughout the maintenance period.  Once the maintenance is complete normal communications to your device should resume.

    CUIT apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause, but this action is necessary to ensure a more reliable service.  If clients continue to experience issues after the service-interruption hours, please contact the CUIT Helpdesk at:

    In order to perform network maintenance, an outage has been scheduled for 415 Riverside Drive on Thursday 8/19 from 10:30-11:00 a.m.  During the maintenance window, customers will lose network access.  The work is being performed to replace failing equipment.
