    In order to upgrade the software on two of our major network routers, an outage has been scheduled for Monday, August 30th from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. During the outage window, services that rely upon the data network may
    experience intermittent loss of connectivity.

    CUIT apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause, but this action is necessary to ensure a more reliable service.  If clients continue to experience issues after the service-interruption hours, please contact the CUIT Helpdesk at:

    CUIT is performing necessary maintenance on this service.   This scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed on-time.

    UPDATE:  It is believed that these issue are now resolved, as of 3:35pm.   Please contact the Helpdesk at 4-1919 if you continue to experience an issue.

     

    Beginning around 3pm, some customers began experiencing a problem logging into CUNIX, or accessing certain restricted web pages.   Customers may be unable to see images on the main Columbia web pages, as well.   Administrators are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.   We apologize for this inconvenience.
