    In order to perform network maintenance, a brief outage has been scheduled for 130 Morningside Drive. Work will begin at 7:15 a.m. on 12/2 and end at 7:30 a.m.  Customers on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors will be affected.

    In order to perform network maintenance, there will be a brief outage on Tuesday December 1st, at the Chrystie Field House.  The work will begin at 7:00 a.m. and end at 7:15 a.m.

    During the maintenance window, customers will be without network service.
  • Support - CUIT Helpdesk

    The CUIT Helpdesk at 212-854-1919 and the Helpdesk Support Center at 202 Philosophy will close for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, starting at 6pm 11/25.   The CUIT Helpdesk will resume normal service hours on Sunday 11/29 at 3pm.  The Helpdesk Support Center will resume normal service hours on Monday 11/30 10am.

    There is currently a network outage affecting the 5th floor in the Nash Building.  The outage began at approximately 11:55am.Technicians are en route.

    Please be advised that Facilities has scheduled a building-wide electrical shutdown at 528 W. 114th street on Tuesday, November 24th between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm, in order to replace the building's electrical service box. During this timeframe, network service may become unavailable.
