    Starting at around 9am this morning FFE stopped responding due to a database problem. CAR is also affected by the same database problem. The system administrators are currently working on fixing this problem. An updated alert will be posted as soon as it available.

    Begining around 1:15pm 12/7/09, one of CUMC's multiple redundant Internet links became unavailable. Services are not materially impacted due to the redundant connections.  CUMC administrators are currently working to resolve the issue.

  • Email - Exchange

    Alpha Exchange users were unable to access their H drive folders from around 10am today (12/7/09) to 11am.  Exchange email service was unaffected.  The issue has now been resolved, but administrators are investigating the cause.  CUIT apologizes for the inconvenience.

    The link was restored at 6:10pm on 12/7/09.  The problem was due to a hardware issue with our ISP's equipment. 



    Beginning at 9:10am, the primary Internet link to Nevis became unavailable.  A backup link is currently in use.  CUIT administrators have been notified and are currently working to resolve the issue.
