    Redundancy testing will be performed at 82 Morningside Drive on Wednesday, December 16th, between 8:30am and 8:45am. During this time, network connectivity may be intermittent.

    Begining at 9:45 a.m., network service became unavailable due to an electrical outage. According to facilities, power should be restored in an hour. The electrical outage has also affected voice services between Nevis and the Morningside campus. Technicians are currently working on re-routing these calls to the PSTN.

     

     

    CUIT expects to have a resolution or an update by 11:00 a.m. We apologize for this service interruption.

    In preparation for the Campus Wide Holiday Child water shutdown planned for the end of December Facilities is scheduled to test the Backup Cooling System that serves the Main Campus’s Voice System located in room 114 Low Library. This test will take place between December 14, 2009 and December 17, 2009 each day starting at 9AM and ending at 3PM.  

    The Primary Cooling System will remain available during this test. There is no anticipated downtime.

    From 5pm today (12/11/09) to Monday (11/14/09) 9am,  Onbase will be unavailable due to necessary maintenance and software updates.  Affected clients will be all OnBase users, but include administrative staff in General Studies, GSAS, School of Public Health, CUMC Faculty Affairs and CUMC Faculty Practice Organization.  

    CUIT apologizes for any inconvenience this necessary maintenance causes.

    CUIT is performing necessary maintenance on this service.   A restart of Agile ACD application services will be performed to correct an error discovered with the handling of ACD messages. This outage is expected to last approximately 10 minutes. During the scheduled time of this Service Alert, all Agile ACD calls will be handled by backup PBX routing.
