    CUIT is performing network maintenance at 39 Claremont on Friday April 21st, from 10:00am until 12:00pm (noon).  During this time network connectivity will be unavailable.

  • Telephony - Rolm Phone Support

    Update:  Issue was resolved by resetting a T1 in Rolm..  We will continue to monitor the service. 

     

    Users calling from Netphone to Rolm are currently experiencing intermittent dialing issues. CUIT Engineers have been notified and are currently working to resolve the issue.

    CUIT is performing network maintenance on the 2nd floor of Butler Library, on Friday April 21st, from 6:00am until 8:00am.   During this time, some customers on the 2nd floor may lose wired- and/or wireless- network connectivity for up to 15 minutes.

    On Friday, April 21st between 6am and 8am, CUIT is performing necessary network maintenance in Mudd.   This scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed on-time.

    During the scheduled time of this Service Alert, clients around the 4th floor may experience a loss of network connectivity lasting approximately a half an hour.

    On Thursday April 20th, 2017 starting at 6:00pm, CUIT will perform scheduled maintenance (F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM) service) that could impact the FFE/FinSys application. 

    This work is expected to be completed by 8:00pm.

    Disruption to applications is expected to be minimal during this maintenance window. Users may receive a momentary error and need to reload the page or could be disconnected and may need to re-connect.
