    Beginning at 7:00pm on Friday, April 13, 2018, CUIT will perform scheduled maintenance on the ADCU Exchange email servers.  This scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed by 9:00pm.  Please note that this will not affect customers that have not migrated to ADCU.

    During the scheduled time of this Service Alert customers may experience brief disconnects while using Outlook.  If Outlook prompts for a password or does not show new messages after the work is complete, please restart Outlook.

    CUIT apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause, but this action is necessary to ensure a more reliable service.  If customers continue to experience issues after the scheduled maintenance window, please contact the CUIT Service Desk at:

    On Friday April 13th, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, CUIT is performing routine maintenance on IPv6 service at Syracuse. This scheduled update is expected to be completed on time. No service interruption is anticipated.

    ************ update: at 3:20 PM, Power and network connectivity was restored.

     

    Beginning at 11:05 AM on Friday, April 13, 410 Riverside Drive lost power. Facilities  have been notified and are currently working to resolve the issue.

    Facilities expect to have a resolution or an update by the end of the day. We apologize for this service interruption.
