    During the scheduled time of this Service Alert, clients may experience a loss of wired and wireless network connectivity.

    Level 3 / CenturyLink, our backup network provider to Syracuse, is performing maintenance on their equipment on Tuesday December 12th, from 12:00am (midnight) until 5:00am.

    During the maintenance window Internet traffic will continue to route over our primary connection, so no loss of connectivity is expected.
