    CUIT is performing routine maintenance on this service. This scheduled update is expected to be completed on time. Since this is a redundant router, no service interruption is anticipated.

     7/29 Update - After investigation by both Systems and our DBA, the cause of the EDM outage on 7/28 @ 3:10pm was due to table corruption in one of the OnBase keyword tables.  This caused a memory error and subsequently the database to restart.  A database integrity check was run against the OnBase database, where errors were found an corrected.   Our DBA and EDM Administrators will closely monitor the application/database through the next few days to verify that no new I/O errors logged.

    Beginning 3:10pm EST on July 28th, OnBase/EDM became unavailable due to an unknown reason. CUIT administrators have been notified and are currently working to identify the cause of the issue.

    CUIT expects to have an update as soon as possible. We apologize for this service interruption.

    UPDATE: Network connectivity at this location was restored at 8:45pm last night. 

    There is currently a network outage effecting 729 7th Avenue. CUIT administrators have been notified and are currently working to resolve the issue.
