    Lightower, one of our Internet Service Providers, is performing emergency maintenance on their equipment beginning on Saturday October 21st at 10:00pm and ending on Sunday October 22nd at 8:00am.

    During the time of this work, connectivity will automatically be routed over a redundant connection, so no service interruption is anticipated.

    Update - the ServiceNow upgrade has been completed successfully.  

     

    We are pleased to announce that we will be upgrading ServiceNow over the weekend of October 21, 2017. This upgrade will bring us up to date with the latest release of ServiceNow.

    ServiceNow will be unavailable from 12:00 am through 9:00 am Saturday, October 21.

    Users who need assistance during this time will still be able to open incidents via the CUIT Service Desk by sending an email to askcuit@columbia.edu.
