  • Telephony - Interactive Intelligence

    On Tuesday, May 24th from 9pm until Wednesday, May 25th at 3am, CUIT will be performing maintenance on the Interactive Intelligence service. This scheduled update is expected to be completed on time. No service interruption is anticipated.

  • Network - Ethernet, Wireless and NetPhone

    Update: Power was restored at 6:40pm.  Local personnel confirmed the power maintenance was completed.

     

    Beginning at 5:23PM, power went down at 2852 Broadway.  According to local personnel, this is due to building power maintenance.  Facilities has been notified.

    Beginning 1:46pm, Network Connectivity became unavailable for some services hosted in our CUIT DataCenter due an unexpected reload of our Networking Equipment. Services were back online and operational by 1:55pm.  CUIT administrators have been notified and are currently investigating the root cause of this reload.  

    Some of the affected Services were:

    -VPN

    -FIS Mainframe connectivity 

    -Libraries Storage Services

     

    We apologize for this service interruption.

    This service is now back online and research jobs which were put on hold during the downtime have now resumed.

    *** Note the ssh host key for yetisubmit has changed to improve security. SSH clients will likely recieve warnings when trying to reconnect for the first time. ***
