    Update: This maintenance was completed successfully on-time. 

    Starting on Friday January 19th at 8pm through Saturday January 20th at 9am, CUIT is performing necessary maintenance on Rolm Phone and Phone Mail systems at Morningside Campus and Audubon 111 (ICRC). This scheduled maintenance is expected to be completed on-time.

    During the scheduled time of this Service Alert, clients may experience intermittent Phone Mail service.

    Facilities is performing a monthly test of their emergency power systems in Studebaker on Wednesday January 17th, from 7:00am until 8:00am. This work is expected to be completed on time, and no service interruption is anticipated.

    On Tuesday, January 16th at approximately 8:00pm 1 of the 4 CUIT PawPrint servers had issues processing print jobs sent from PawPrint's Print Center (Web App).  Services were migrated from the problematic server to another server so the affected server could be serviced.  All services were restored by approximately 10:45PM.  CUIT apologizes for the inconvenience and will continue to monitor the system status.
